Install SnapToCal
Open the public listing in Google Play and install the app.

Scan a schedule
Start with a clear photo or screenshot that includes the dates, year, and times. PDF uploads require SnapToCal Pro; current allowances and pricing are shown in the app.

Review and add
Compare each event with the original schedule. Check dates, times, and locations, deselect anything you do not need, then save to a writable calendar on your phone.

- To save to Google Calendar, make sure your Google account is on your phone, calendar sync is enabled, and you can add events to the destination calendar.
- Keep the original schedule handy while reviewing. Confirm unclear dates or missing times before saving the events.
- Open your calendar after saving and check the first and last event. Importing a schedule does not automatically keep it updated when the organizer makes changes.
