Terms of Service

The terms governing the SnapToCal app, website, and SnapToCal Pro subscription.

Effective: July 22, 2026

Agreement

These Terms govern your use of the SnapToCal Android app, website, and related services. By using SnapToCal, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

What SnapToCal Does

SnapToCal extracts possible calendar events from text, images, PDFs, and shared content, then lets you review and add selected events to a writable calendar on your device. You remain responsible for reviewing titles, dates, times, locations, guests, and other details before saving them.

Automated extraction can be incomplete or incorrect. Do not rely on SnapToCal as the sole record for emergency, medical, legal, safety-critical, or other time-sensitive commitments.

Your Account and Content

You are responsible for activity under your account and for having the right to submit content you provide. You authorize SnapToCal and its service providers to process that content only as needed to operate, secure, and support the service. You retain ownership of your content.

Acceptable Use

You may not use SnapToCal to:

  • Break the law or violate another person's rights.
  • Upload content you are not authorized to use.
  • Disrupt, reverse engineer, probe, or bypass service limits or security controls.
  • Use automated methods to abuse the service or place unreasonable load on it.

SnapToCal Pro and Billing

SnapToCal Pro purchases are processed by Google Play. The price, billing period, trial terms, and included benefits shown at checkout apply to your purchase. Recurring subscriptions renew until canceled. You can manage or cancel a subscription through Google Play; uninstalling SnapToCal does not cancel it. Refunds are handled under Google Play's applicable policies.

Third-Party Services

SnapToCal depends on services supplied by Google, Supabase, and other providers. Their services and terms may apply separately. SnapToCal is not responsible for third-party outages, calendar changes made outside the app, or third-party account restrictions.

Service Changes and Availability

We may update, suspend, or discontinue features to improve the service, address security or legal requirements, or respond to third-party changes. We may restrict access when these Terms are violated or when needed to protect users or the service.

Disclaimers and Liability

SnapToCal is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or perfectly accurate event extraction. To the extent permitted by law, SnapToCal will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or liabilities that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as SnapToCal changes. The effective date above identifies the current version. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms where permitted by law.
